A few other details that might matter, in 2009 she wrote a piece about fleeing a domestic violence relationship and in that story she says a man, not harassment, took her out of her job in DC. She also says she got a job with a California Senator not long after leaving the midwest, which contradicts her claim that he “destroyed” her career.
